The Feiyr Content ID is a digital fingerprint that is sent to YouTube when you activate the Content ID for your tracks in your Feiyr account. Using these fingerprints, the entire YouTube platform is searched for matches and a so-called claim is made for each match. However, the Content ID cannot distinguish between author and non-originator (or "illegal" uploaded content).

Therefore claims can also be made for videos on your own YouTube channel. You can then also no longer monetize these. But that's not too bad, because 80% of the income from the Content ID claims will still flow into your Feiyr account as before.

If you do not want these claims, do NOT contradict these claims, but simply deactivate the Content ID in your Feiyr account under „Music“ > „Monetization“ > „YouTube“ > „Content ID“.
