Maxel Muya, is a young artist from Kasai-Oriental (center of
Bio
the Democratic Republic of Congo), he is an author, composer
and performer of world and urban music. In June 2012 he
created his group and began to work solo. He has just hosted
the workshop and restitution showcase Se Organize et
organize Musicale " from May 17 to 20, 2023 at the Cultural
Center of Goma / DRC. He participated in the artistic
performance of Aicha Muteba "Chrismas Poetry edition" in
November 2022 at the Goethe-Zentrum in Kampala. From
November 01 to 06, 2022 he was nominated at the SICA BURUNDI
2022 festival in Bujumbura from where he flew the flag of the
DRC, from August 12 to September 03, 2022 he was in artistic
residence: sounds of the shores at Fantastique percussions
de Brazzaville in the Republic of the Congo. From July 06 to 10,
2021 he participated online in the 7th edition of the Festival
AFROPOLITAIN NOMADE KIGALI 2021
