"Ravienne Ecco" is the new band project of the German singer and lyricist Carolin E.
In early 2002 Carolin started her musical career as a singer in the gothic metal band "Anubiz". Almost 4 years later - after nearly 40 concerts and a CD called "siebzehn" ("seventeen") - their paths went separate ways for family reasons.
At the end of 2008 Carolin went in search of a new musical challenge. But this time it should become a pure (dark-) electro-project and so the band "Camena Dream" was launched shortly thereafter. In 2010 the EP "Dependence" was released. One year later the album "Leben vergiftet" ("Poisoned Life") followed.
After another break, in which Carolin focused on her part-time job as a photo model, she started to work on her third project with the name "Ravienne Ecco" together with the musician and composer Marcel Extra. The partly experimental and partly spherical fantasy pop sounds are complemented by Carolin's singing in English language.
