Black Monkey Trax comes from the combination of a crew of djs and producers, among whom Spellband and many others.
The strength of the crew is the long experience (around 30 years of djeing, labels, productions, remixes and so on) as well as their powerful network that, during the years, has formed around them, and that will be the main force of the future label’s releases.
They are currently based in Rome and the intention is to create a collective of artists free of schemes, whose common target is spreading their personal musical culture and merge past, present and future.
The monkey will be the label’s logo and each release will be represented by a different logo color.
To explore and propose new music and new artists is the real aim of this label: no categories only quality.
