Why do I have deficits in my account?

Negative figures on your statements are caused by things like cancellations, faulty downloads or incorrect payments.
The amounts are listed by the platforms in the billing data that we send to you.

Please note that the platforms have the right to submit sales figures up to 36 months after the sale, or to cancel or correct sales figures that have already been reported.
