I have activated MFA but no longer have access to my authentication app

If you no longer have access to your authentication app because, for example, you have lost your smartphone or it is no longer working, you have the following options:

1. Login via Back Up Codes:
If you have created and secured MFA Back Up Codes in your Feiyr account in advance (which we strongly recommend), then you can easily log in with a code from the list and reconfigure MFA here:

2. Reset account
If you don't have any back up codes you have to reset your account here:
This process will also deactivate MFA. If your account has been successfully reset, you can reconfigure MFA here:
