Glenn West and Hajtek mashed up to make their electronic concept album Bass Worlds the first release on their label with the same name. The musical roots of Hajtek were in the hip hop music scene. He started with making beats for other artists. In the past years he developed his productions and focused on the electronic music scene. Glenn plays bass and guitar and was a member of the local Hannover-based band The Nucleons, which existed from 2005-2014. The four guys were seen playing a mix of rock, post-punk and grunge on stages all across Hannover. After the band's break-up, the duo Glenn West and Hajtek formed as the two friends had made music together from time to time. Their debut album mixes intertwining bass guitar riffs with house music or techno.
